Jerseyomatic Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jersey. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Return/Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Condition for Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags attached. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to offer an exchange. Please note that return shipping costs for size exchanges are borne by the customer.

Product Issues (Refunds)
Refunds are only applicable if there is a genuine issue with the product (such as a manufacturing defect or damage). For any product issue, please call us directly at 8779852549 so we can assist you right away.

Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed via UPI within 2-3 business days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized jerseys (with personalized names, numbers, or designs) are not eligible for return or exchange, as these are made specifically for you.

Payment Options
We accept Razorpay, partial Cash on Delivery, and full Cash on Delivery.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship pan-India only.
